We're Chatham residents—year-round and part-time—who came together when we learned about the proposed tax exemption. We're new to this issue but not to civic engagement. Our members have served on town committees, testified at meetings, and volunteered for decades.

We track Select Board meetings, research solutions from other Massachusetts towns, develop alternative policy proposals, and engage with stakeholders. Our work is data-driven, transparent, and focused on finding better solutions—not just blocking relief.
